FOLLOW UP FOR #51. THE CHEMICAL DISPENSING SYSTEM IS CONNECTED DIRECTLY TO THE SERVICE SINK FAUCET. FOLLOWING THE LAST FOLLOW UP, I SPOKE WITH DISTRICT MANAGER FRAN ON THE PHONE AND EXPLAINED WHAT NEEDED TO BE DONE. I REQUESTED A PLAN OF ACTION REGARDING THIS. A COPY OF THE PLUMBING CODE SECTION WAS EMAILED TO FRAN ON 5-15-23.
IT HAS BEEN OVER 60 DAYS SINCE THE INITIAL INSPECTION WITH NO ACTION TAKEN. PLEASE CALL KCHD WITH YOUR PLAN OF ACTION AND AN ESTIMATED DATE THAT WORK WILL BE COMPLETED. |
